Important Information - 12 March 2009:

As you may know, because of renovation works, we had to move out of our offices in Albert Road, Bournemouth in January and are still looking for new premises.

To date, we have been unable to find suitable offices and classrooms - but we are continuing to look.

Classes are therefore suspended until we can find a new home.

Centre School day and night

Our School has spacious, modern classrooms and a warm, friendly atmosphere. Our Student Lounge has TV, radio, newspapers, snooker, darts, a piano, comfortable sofas and FREE wireless internet access.

Unlike some other schools in Bournemouth, all our teachers were born in the UK and are native English speakers...they are fully qualified, experienced professionals who love teaching - and they will do everything they can to help you improve your English while you are here with us.

Remember, we can help you whatever your level - beginner, pre-intermediate, intermediate, upper intermediate, advanced...or somewhere in between!!

The Centre School of English is situated on the edge of the safe, car-free zone in the middle of Bournemouth and only a few minutes walk from the beach, gardens, taxis and buses. There are lots of shops and cafes close to the School, as well as restaurants, pubs, theatres, multi-screen cinemas and beautiful parks.

Do you like sports? Tenpin bowling, golf, tennis, football and cricket are available nearby. If you like doing less energetic things, we regularly arrange our own private school excursions, visits, class meals, dvd evenings, pub tours and parties...but we might make you dance at the parties!!

At the Centre School of English, you'll get more individual attention from our teachers and your language skills will improve quickly because we try to have only 6 or 8 students in a class (our UK Studies Director insists there must never be more than 10), so you'll get much more 'student talking time' with us!
